We are recruiting for a Paid Social Executive to join a globally established fashion brand on a 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover). This is a great opportunity for a digital enthusiast to support the Performance Marketing team in driving brand growth across their paid social and Amazon Ads - leading both the strategy and campaign execution. About the Role You'll manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and international growth (Ireland, US, and new categories). Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll oversee forecasting, budgeting, optimisation, and measurement-supporting creative excellence, testing, and data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Social and Amazon campaigns Develop strategies for seasonal launches and promotions Manage product feeds and creative assets for social ads Partner with CRM and Content teams on cross-channel initiatives Lead campaign QA, reporting, and testing (A/B, Brand & Conversion Lift) Identify new tools and channels to enhance performance About You 2+ years' hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest Ads Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, ROI, and attribution Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing Confident managing agencies and stakeholders Data-driven, proactive, and creative in approach The company are offering a competitive salary, great company benefits, hybrid working (2-3 days in the West London office) - so get applying!
