Now seeking an experienced and technically capable Façade Design Manager to join a growing design team within a principal contractor specialising within the Facades and Cladding remedial sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination and delivery of façade and recladding schemes, with a strong focus on fire remediation and regulatory compliance. The role requires proven experience on recladding projects and demonstrable knowledge of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements and Gateway planning submissions. This position is critical to ensuring that their façade systems are compliant, buildable, coordinated and aligned with programme and commercial objectives. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Façade Designer will work closely with Project Managers, the wider project team and the Procurement Team, while liaising with external consultants, fire engineers and Building Control bodies. The role will also interface with the businesses other divisions where required to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery.
