Job Description: As a Revenue Management Business Partner (12 Month FTC) , you will be the first line of contact for fee earners concerning WIP management, client exposure, and revenue planning. You will play a key role in optimizing profitability and providing proactive, value-added support. Key Responsibilities: Organizing and holding monthly WIP review meetings with partners Identifying and prioritizing improvements to liberate significant cash from working capital Reviewing billing guides, invoices, and credit notes for compliance Housekeeping of client and matter ledger balances Acting as a senior escalation point for revenue management issues Promoting and training fee earners in the use of the First Finance suite Providing working capital updates and basic pricing support Assisting in the annual client rate review process Conducting training to improve fee earner confidence and commercial acumen Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and working capital policies Contributing to the EMEA community of Revenue Business Partners Requirements: Experience in a legal environment (essential) Understanding of rate structures, alternative pricing/billing arrangements, and working in multiple currencies Experience working with senior stakeholders directly (essential) Experience managing high volume quantum, within end to end working capital lifecycle (essential) Experience working in a Revenue team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong commercial acumen and understanding of working capital in a law firm Attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture Collaborative team-player with a "can-do" attitude Diversity, Equity and Inclusion To attract the best people, we strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work, have a sense of belonging, and realize their full career potential.
