Certified Scrum Master with deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks. Strong background in technical-functional analysis and systems design . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , UX Design , or a related field. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Familiarity with JIRA , Confluence , or Trello . Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Exposure to user research , usability testing , and accessibility standards. Understanding of design thinking and inclusive design principles . Ability to interpret and utilize data-driven insights in the UX process.
