Air Conditioning Installer Location: Nationwide Salary: From £40,000 - £45,000 plus company vehicle and benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role As an Air Conditioning Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of a variety of air conditioning systems within commercial and residential sites across the country with digs paid for. This is a hands-on role requiring technical knowledge, precision, and a customer-focused approach. You will travel between sites, ensuring every installation meets company and industry standards. Duties and Responsibilities • Install and commission a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRVs, VRFs, split and multi-split units, AHUs, and smaller domestic systems • Work across commercial and residential sites. • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts to ensure correct installation • Carry out system testing to verify performance and compliance • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organised workspace on-site • Provide professional customer service, explaining systems to clients and answering queries • Accurately record work using the company s digital management system The Successful Applicant To be considered for this role: • You must be a qualified air conditioning engineer with proven installation experience • Hold a valid F-Gas certification • Full UK driving licence • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship What s On Offer • Competitive salary from £40,000 - £45,000 • Company vehicle provided • Nationwide Work • Pension contribution • Career progression opportunities within a growing company • No on-call or night work
