Tech Lead Opportunity Manchester (1 day on site), £70-£75k Morson Edge have partnered with a leading organisation to recruit a Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our clients enterprise-wide integrations. What you ll be doing: You ll take ownership of technical direction across enterprise integration and automation solutions, including: Leading solution design across integrations and RPA initiatives Defining architectural approach and ensuring best-practice engineering standards Performing code reviews and guiding technical quality across the team Championing secure, scalable and resilient integration patterns Driving continuous improvement in tools, processes and delivery methods Evaluating emerging technologies, building business cases and assessing ROI You ll work heavily with modern integration platforms and patterns including Azure services and event-driven approaches and act as the technical authority that supports both delivery and long-term strategy. Essential Experience: Proven background as a senior developer, principal developer or technical lead (3+ years) Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams (developers, analysts and testers) Strong hands-on experience in: C# / .NET REST APIs & SOAP services Enterprise integration patterns and best practices Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture Solid understanding of integration design Knowledge of CI/CD using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions Hands-on RPA experience with UiPath, Blue Prism or NICE If this role sounds of interest please apply to hear more! Role Overview The Engagement & Comms Specialist is responsible for acting as the single point of contact between branch stakeholders, engagement teams, and internal deployment functions through the deployment process, and resolves queries or issues to maintain momentum and confidence throughout rollout. The role sits between multiple teams, providing coordination, escalation management, and progress reporting to support the successful delivery of multiple device deployment programmes, including cash automation and multifunctional hardware. Skills & Experience Essential Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience handling high-volume stakeholder correspondence. Experience supporting deployment, rollout, transformation, or operational change programmes. Proven ability to manage external stakeholder relationships in a structured, professional environment. Experience dealing with queries, concerns, or disputes, applying sound judgement and diplomacy. Highly organised, with the ability to track multiple engagement streams and follow-ups simultaneously. Comfortable working in a process-driven deployment, rollout, or change environment. Confident using email, call logs, trackers, and basic reporting tools. Role Summary The Engagement Specialist MFD is responsible for driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of multifunctional devices across a national branch network. The role focuses on proactive, one-to-one stakeholder engagement, clearly communicating device benefits and supporting positive adoption. Working closely with deployment and engagement teams, the role captures feedback, tracks engagement outcomes, and shares insight to inform rollout planning, refine communications, and support continuous improvement of engagement approaches.
