Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and workers on-site. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Maintain effective communication with the project team, clients, and suppliers. Manage site documentation, including daily reports, health and safety records, and progress reports. Ensure that the work site is properly resourced and any potential risks are managed effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues, providing timely solutions. Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment usage. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within civil engineering. Strong knowledge of civil engineering processes, regulations, and safety standards. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.) is preferred. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
