This is a London position, however due to expansion we are also considering applicants from Birmingham, Nottingham and the surrounding area. Role Summary To oversee the teaching, curriculum development and delivery of the course, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the course, related academic staff and students. The Course Director's role is key to the management of the course and ensuring the curriculum and assessments are up to date, coherent and support the needs of students to ensure they successfully progress. The Course Director will lead a team of academics and have a strong track record in teaching and supporting students across all levels. The role holder will be expected to engage in scholarship to address changes within industry and work wit ha number of stakeholders across the College. Key Activities & Responsibilities Management and Performance of Course To be responsible for performance and quality of the designated course by monitoring and responding to key information and metrics, including student feedback. To lead course team meetings, course committee meetings and organise and prepare for examination boards. To undertake general course management responsibilities including lesson planning, teaching, curriculum development, assessment design and administration. To ensure arrangements are in place for effective course delivery and administration, including recruitment, admissions, timetabling and induction through collaboration with appropriate colleagues. To maintain strong links with related industries and professional bodies, keeping up to date with latest developments in the subject area. To manage the course across modes of delivery (evening and weekends) for which you will have separate support staff. To undertake continuous personal and professional development, and to support it for any staff you manage through effective use of the College's Planning, Review and Appraisal scheme and staff development opportunities. To support the engagement and retention of students to ensure progression and attainment on the degree course. Curriculum Development To work with the academic team, contributing to curriculum development and the review and development of cross-disciplinary teaching strategies. Lead the activities associated with course and curriculum development, including validation, accreditation and course monitoring. Teaching, Learning and Assessment To manage the overall programme of teaching and assessment on the course, including liaison with the staff team. Take lead responsibility for implementation and delivery of the College's teaching and learning related strategies and policies at a course level. To fully utilise the College's and other information and communication technologies in order to facilitate and enhance students' learning experiences and organisational effectiveness. Quality Assurance To produce an annual course monitoring report and ensure the continuous improvement and development of the course. To set, promote and maintain appropriate educational and professional standards of good practice in teaching, delivery and curriculum development. To monitoring student progress and maintaining appropriate records. Ensure compliance with course performance expectations within the HE sector, including regulatory requirement of the OFS, other Regulatory standards and our partners. Other To perform such duties consistent with your role as may from time to time be assigned to you anywhere within the College.

The Marketing Director has a critical role in the development of brand strategy, taking overall accountability for the development, maintenance, and growth of the TLG brand portfolio. The person in this role will be responsible for all brand and marketing propositions and delivery of key revenue growth and budget management. The Marketing Director is responsible for and will help develop, agree, and manage the overarching marketing strategy (including lead volumes, lead quality, business plans, revenue forecasts, and ROI) for all current and new revenue generation initiatives and campaigns (via all online and offline marketing channels). The Marketing Director will work with the College Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and Co-CEOs to agree and lead on revenue and student generation targets of the brand/product; and regularly report on the performance of set targets for the Marketing Team (Affiliate, Digital, Offline, and Social), as well as working alongside the Direct Sales Teams against such agreed targets. They will also develop, report, and manage a pipeline of opportunities in accordance with the marketing growth strategy and liaise with all relevant stakeholders and marketing team(s) to ensure that all activities are carried out profitably and all campaigns are optimized to ensure lead quality, ensuring all deadlines are met. They will also ensure continued alignment with the budget, lead and student targets as well as with all agreed SLA's and KPI's and in accordance with brand requirements. The Marketing Director will ensure accurate and standardized reporting is carried out and will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their appropriate involvement during each stage of the marketing process as well as to identify, agree, and implement an integrated marketing plan to foster an effective marketing approach. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, from time to time there may be a requirement to perform other duties as outlined by the Managing Director, CMO, & Co-CEOs. Key Responsibilities: Delivering and enhancing a comprehensive and aligned strategic Marketing Plan, and implement such Marketing Plans with the support of relevant services team(s) across all marketing channels. Managing the Marketing budget for all marketing activities with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and meeting all student and revenue targets, with focus on effective and profitable targeting through the funnel. Enhancing 'Customer Relationship Management' processes and technologies. Ensuring all brand and marketing activities are aligned to the overall strategy, including nurturing, go-to-market optimization, and improving efficiencies. Increasing brand awareness and brand reputation, guiding and having input into all creative briefs for all internal and external communications across offline and online media. Reviewing and where necessary agreeing relevant KPIs and clear responsibilities on the timely reporting of all marketing performance, brand equity, and lead generation. Overseeing the effective development of the TLG marketing team to ensure that they hold a solid knowledge and understanding of the company's product portfolio and are effectively utilizing all marketing channels, in line with KPI's and lead and revenue targets. Agreeing on marketing forecasts and team targets across a 12-month period and to align the business plan accordingly, responding to market forces. Managing commercial relationships with external parties, reviewing contracts, and ensuring value for money across all activities.

Job Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic Marketing Plan and implement such Marketing Plans with the support of the Managing Directors and the Marketing Directors and relevant brand team(s) across all marketing channels. Manage the UK College Division Marketing budget for all marketing activities with a focus on lead generation, conversion and meeting all revenue targets. Ensure all brand and marketing activity are aligned to the overall strategy. Increase brand awareness and brand reputation, guiding and having input into all creative briefs for all internal and external communications across offline and online media. Establish and agree relevant KPIs and clear responsibilities on the timely reporting of all marketing performance, brand equity and lead generation. Work with the Marketing teams globally to ensure the quality and performance of leads that get generated. Work with Partners and Stakeholders to understand their Product Portfolio, to effectively drive the Marketing of the Brand's Products to prospective Students. Work with the Managing Directors to agree forecasts and ensure marketing support is provided for the relevant brand(s). Agree targets for all products and channels with the brand teams. Develop and own the product life cycle (current portfolio of courses and new products/partnerships) both domestically and internationally. Oversee the effective development of all the relevant brand's marketing team to ensure that they hold a solid knowledge and understanding of the Company's Product Portfolio and are effectively utilizing all marketing channels, in line with KPI's and lead and revenue targets. Oversee the enhancement of 'Customer Relationship Management' processes and technologies. Oversee the current recruitment and sales strategy for several sales teams; develop new strategy or implement relevant changes or improvements to ensure delivery of targets within agreed budgets and timeframes. Create and maintain a robust sales plan outlining headcount, cost and budget required, and set core target objectives and KPIs to be monitored and altered throughout the year in line with business needs and requirements. Keep abreast of developments in the marketplace; analyse and regularly report on changes for example competitor activity, market trends, student perceptions and attitudes which may impact student recruitment and sales.
