They serve as the bridge between technical possibilities and business requirements, ensuring that technology empowers organizations to achieve their goals effectively. The responsibilities of an IT Solutions Engineer typically include, but are not limited to: Collaboration and Communication Analyse business requirements and design tailored IT solutions that align with organisational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, time lines, and deliverables. Develop technical architecture, including software, hardware, and network requirements. Prepare documentation, including design specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams. Work closely with cross-functional teams. Technical Skills Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Liaise with vendors and third-party providers to source and implement solutions. Strong knowledge of system and infrastructure design especially with modern workplace technologies. We are looking for an IT Install Engineer to join a growing IT services company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, installation, configuration, and deployment of IT hardware, software, routers, this exciting project will involve travel around the UK and will mainly be based in Essex . Key Responsibilities Assemble, Install and configure IT hardware, mainly for one project, but including servers, workstations, routers, and networking devices. Set up and deploy software applications, ensuring functionality and performance. Conduct system testing to verify installations and troubleshoot any technical issues. Provide on-site and remote support to clients during installations and post-installation. Maintain installation documentation and ensure compliance with company standards. Work closely with other staff and clients to streamline the delivery of the solution. Ensure installations are completed on schedule Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in IT installations or a similar technical role would be an advantage. Understanding of IT security and data protection best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. I have an amazing opportunity for an administrator with excellent organisation skills and previous experience using CRM systems to join a highly successful and growing business.
