We operate as one business internally. The Role We're looking for a senior marketing leader to shape the quality of our thinking, lead our team and bring clarity to complex challenges. You'll be responsible for ensuring the standard of all marketing strategy across Brand Hackers is exceptional, and that our team are continually learning, stretching to change the trajectory of the brands we work with. You'll be nurturing a big & growing team of ambitious marketers who look to you for guidance, energy and clarity, being hands on with our highest priority projects and building the reputation of the business in the industry. We currently have a Head of Marketing in role doing this job but Chessie is reducing her working hours to 2x days a week and this job is getting bigger, not smaller! Chessie will be focusing on supporting the Marketing Director's onboarding and then moving on to focus on special projects. The role will have 3-5 direct reports, with ultimate responsibility for the full Brand Hackers team. The role will report into Lottie, Founder, when she is back from maternity leave and will be looked after by Chessie in the interim.
