They have successfully been in business for over 60 years and currently employ over 40 members of staff across the Group. Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and management of multiple electrical projects at once, projects value from 200k to 2.5m - Ensuring electrical installation projects are delivered on time and to required specification - Oversee and manage teams of electricians, ensuring work is delivered in line with relevant electrical safety standards - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, updating the client with project developments - Assist in the procurement of required project labour and allocation of works - Responsible for project profit / loss, ensuring financial targets are met Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Requirements: - Previous experience in the delivery of electrical projects - Relevant electrical and health and safety qualifications such as ECS Black Card, SMSTS, IOSH, 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations - Based within a commutable distance of Stoke-on-Trent - Full UK Driving License Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager Remuneration: - Salary 60,000 - 70,000 - 25 days holiday + BH - Company Car / Car Allowance ( 6,000) - Private Medical Insurance - Overtime available - Bonus scheme - Enhance benefits package discussed at the interview

Our Client; Domestic Gas Engineer / Heating Engineer required for our client, they are a Domestic and Commercial Heating Contractor based in Leeds. They specialise in residential, industrial and commercial gas, mechanical, and electrical services, offering a full suit of plant room re-fit, service, and repair works. The Domestic Gas Engineer will travel throughout the East Lothian, West Lothian, and Edinburgh and will attend domestic heating breakdown, repair and service work. They currently require the Commercial Heating Supervisor to work from the Leeds office, attending sites as and when required throughout Yorkshire regions. Electrical Estimator Key Responsibilities: - Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate costs for electrical projects - Work closely with projects management and design team to ensure comprehensive cost estimation - Prepare details bids for projects team and clients for review - Project value between 100k - 1m - Completion of site surveys for potential electrical projects - Oversee and facilitate the training of more junior estimators / trainees Electrical Estimator Requirements: - Previous experience in estimating for electrical projects up to the value of 1m - Hold industry recognised qualifications such as CSCS, NVQ, Advanced Diploma or BEng - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards. - Knowledge and experience with various estimation software - Reside within a commutable distance of Trowbridge Electrical Estimator Remuneration: - Salary 45,000 - 55,000 - Company Vehicle - 25 days holiday + BH - Bonus scheme - Death in service insurance - Long service awards - Full package to be discussed at interview
