Welder / Fabricator Location: West Sussex Hours: Days: Monday to Friday (early finish Friday, 37 hours)Nights: Monday to Thursday, 12-hour shiftsOvertime: Paid at time + after 40 hoursType: Temp-to-Perm The Role We're working with a busy and growing engineering business looking to bring in a Welder / Fabricator to support increased workload. This is a hands-on role working across a mix of materials and components, involving both welding and light fabrication. The work is varied but practical, suited to someone who is confident across MIG and TIG and comfortable working from drawings. Key Responsibilities • MIG and TIG welding across aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel• Light fabrication, including preparation, fitting and clean-up work• Working from engineering drawings to produce accurate components• Carrying out basic finishing and quality checks• Supporting general workshop activities as required• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment What We're Looking For • Experience in both MIG and TIG welding• Ability to work with a range of materials and thicknesses• Confident reading and working from engineering drawings• Hands-on, practical approach with good attention to detail• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team Additional Information • Weld coding is beneficial but not essential (on-site testing will be carried out)• Potential for night shift work depending on experience and business needs

Labourer / Workshop Assistant Location: West SussexHours: Monday to Friday (37 hours, early finish Friday)Overtime: Paid at time + after 40 hoursType: Temp-to-Perm The Role We're working with a busy engineering and manufacturing business looking to bring in a Labourer / Workshop Assistant to support the shop floor. This is a hands-on, entry-level role suited to someone practical, reliable and keen to learn. You'll be supporting skilled engineers and fabricators with a range of day-to-day tasks across the workshop. Key Responsibilities • General workshop support including cleaning and maintaining work areas• Assisting with basic tasks such as drilling, cutting and fettling• Supporting welders and assembly staff with preparation work• Moving materials and components around the workshop• Following basic instructions and health & safety procedures• Supporting across different areas of the business as required What We're Looking For • Good work ethic and willingness to learn• Hands-on and comfortable in a workshop environment• Reliable and able to follow instructions• Positive attitude and team-focused approach• Previous labouring or workshop experience beneficial but not essential Additional Information • Opportunity to learn new skills and progress into more skilled roles over time• Training provided on-site• Stable, long-term opportunity for the right person
