The Role We are seeking a driven and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Transformation team at key time-not just for Gravita, but for the accounting industry as a whole. The profession is undergoing a significant transformation, as technology, data, and client expectations reshape how services are delivered. With increased automation, smarter platforms, and integrated workflows, this is a pivotal time to drive meaningful change as firms come together, digitise, and reimagine their operating models. This role will take the lead on a portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on our firmwide transformation programme - driving the delivery and adoption of systems across all of our offices. With focus on operational efficiency, technology adoption, process redesign and cultural change across the business. You'll be working closely with stakeholders across Service Lines, Finance, People, Tech, and the wider Leadership Team to scope, plan, and deliver projects that underpin our growth ambitions. In addition to transformation work, you will also be asked to deliver other strategic or client-facing change initiatives as needed. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on making change happen and enjoys seeing ideas move from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery Take end-to-end ownership of projects (e.g. system migrations, operating model changes, service redesign). Build robust project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risk/issue logs. Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, SMEs, and third-party vendors. Manage stakeholder expectations and produce regular updates for steering groups and exec sponsors. Ensure benefits are defined, tracked, and realised (e.g. cost savings, time savings, improved CX). Roll your sleeves up to help deliver key parts of the projects Project Governance & Reporting Run regular project governance forums, steering groups, and working groups. Provide clear and concise project reporting (status, risks, issues, decisions) to Stakeholders, Senior Management & Board Champion good governance and consistency across all projects. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business leads, partners, and functional heads to define requirements and secure buy-in. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to shape project scope and solutions. Communicate clearly and proactively to manage expectations and drive adoption. Change Management Develop change and comms plans to support adoption of new systems, processes or ways of working. Work with People / Comms teams to embed change through training, engagement, and reinforcement. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: Proven track record of delivering multi-stakeholder transformation or change projects in a professional services or corporate environment. Strong project management skills: planning, governance, risk management, issue resolution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. Experience managing third-party vendors and technology implementations. Comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined problems. Proficient in core Microsoft applications e.g. PowerPoint, Excel etc Nice to have: Exposure to professional services or multi-office technology rollouts. PRINCE2 Foundation and/or Scrum Master (PSM1) or willingness to attain within the role Experience in supporting UAT, data migration, or integrations. The Role As a Company Secretarial Senior Associate , you will be responsible for organising and administering the firm's company secretarial services for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and LLPs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage routine compliance, advise on complex transactions, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the service line. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring high standards of client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage routine company secretarial compliance for subscribed clients. Maintain statutory records and prepare confirmation statements. Handle company and LLP incorporations and related filings. Advise clients on technical and complex company secretarial matters. Execute transactions such as capital reductions and share buybacks. Promote services to expand client base and generate fee income. Supervise junior colleagues and support their development. Ensure timely invoicing and manage annual subscription billing Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: Strong academic background; ICSA finalist or ACIS preferred. Proven company secretarial experience in a professional setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company secretarial software. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Role We're looking for a bold, forward-thinking Group Head of Risk and Compliance to take the reins of our governance and risk strategy. This newly created position offers a rare chance to reshape the function from the ground up. You'll have the freedom to challenge existing processes, introduce fresh frameworks, and build a best-in-class compliance culture that supports innovation and growth. You'll be working closely with technical experts in our Audit team, coordinating across both regulated and non-regulated areas of the business. While the Audit side brings deep technical compliance expertise, this role offers broader autonomy across the wider organisation, giving you the scope to influence, adapt and elevate compliance practices firm-wide. Key Responsibilities: You'll lead Gravita's risk and compliance strategy, including: Governance & Strategy Develop and embed a firm-wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Advise the Board on emerging regulatory and geopolitical risks, and produce detailed performance reports. Regulatory Compliance Ensure full compliance with key regulations including ISQM (UK) 1 and 2, ICAEW Practice Assurance, UK Money-Laundering Regulations, and GDPR. Quality & Independence Build and oversee a system of quality management (SOQM) across the organisation, ensuring robust independence and ethics controls. Monitoring & Remediation Lead monitoring activities to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of our SOQM annually. Stakeholder Management Support Partner-level engagement with regulators such as the FRC and ICAEW. Training & Culture Design and deliver impactful compliance training programmes, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. Incident & Claims Management Oversee investigations into complaints, PII claims, and data breaches, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Leadership & Collaboration Lead a team of compliance professionals and work closely with technical specialists across Audit and other departments. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: We're after someone who combines deep technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership skills: Ideally,ACA or ACCA qualified with 10+ years in audit, risk, quality or compliance within a UK-regulated accountancy firm. Proven experience leading a risk or compliance function in a mid-to-large firm (200+ headcount). Strong knowledge of FRC Ethical Standard, ISQM (UK) 1, Companies Act 2006, ICAEW Code of Ethics, UK MLR 2017, GDPR and UK data-protection regime. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders. A pragmatic approach to regulation that enables growth while safeguarding standards.
