Ability to work odd and/or extended hours covering a 24/7 period and periodic rotating 12-hour shifts. The GT Manager will be responsible for inputs to the program and to the subcontractor lead on expectations and performance. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
