In this role, youll be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your duties will include managing cleaning schedules, overseeing laundry services, and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety, COSHH, and infection control regulations. Main Responsibilities: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home. Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team. Ensure all cleaning schedules and procedures are followed. Monitor equipment and stock, reporting any issues or shortages. Work with the maintenance team to address any damages or repairs. Conduct regular audits of cleaning standards and staff performance. Hold staff meetings and monitor the completion of assigned tasks. Experience and Qualifications: Prior management experience in housekeeping, preferably within a care or similar setting. Strong understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH, and infection control protocols. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
