Prosperity Law LLP are looking to appoint a litigation solicitor of between 2-8 years PQE (although candidates outside of these brackets with relevant experience will be considered) to join our growing litigation team. The successful candidate should have litigation experience. Key Responsibilities include: Working on a varied case load including Property Disputes Contentious Probate Commercial Disputes Supporting the Partner/Head of department within the team to achieve team objectives Providing support to other team members as required including junior members of the team and support staff Requirements: Good technical IT skills Strong work ethic Strong attention to detail Good decision making ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player and willingness to work with other team members on cases Ability to manage own caseload under supervisionAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlines Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service Ability to exercise initiative in relation to business development Benefits (Subject to eligibility): Private health cover Death in service life insurance A very nice work environment in a modern office in Spinningfields Manchester How to Apply: If you are interested in this role, please email a copy of your CV and a cover letter to .
