Sometimes you'll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session. You'll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan That will soon get completely derailed though Pivoting when the circumstances call for it is a regular occurrence in child care! Creativity is key. Teaching young children allows for hands on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. Of course we work within the EYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning. What you'll need A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years.
