Our client is seeking a Field Service Installation & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team on a full-time basis. As part of the Field Service team, you will work in a mobile role , carrying out full installations of perimeter security systems including gates, barriers, and road blockers. You will also attend existing client sites to perform routine maintenance, inspections, emergency call-outs, and repairs , supporting customers in maintaining the reliability and safety of their security systems. In addition to their own products, you will also work with equipment from other leading manufacturers . Working closely with the administration team, you will visit new and existing clients primarily across London and the South East , with travel across the UK as required. Depending on experience, knowledge, and capability, occasional international travel opportunities may also be available. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager , they are looking for someone who is self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused , with a proactive approach to problem solving. You will be expected to complete all work to a high standard following completion of an in-house training programme . Attention to detail is essential. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate service records , documenting checks and work completed after each visit, and managing stock and parts held in your company vehicle to ensure readiness for upcoming jobs. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have a full, clean driving licence , good physical fitness, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to pass security clearance checks . Warehouse Operative We are working with a well-established organisation that is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team in Crawley. This is a permanent role. The Role: You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring stock is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. Responsibilities will include: Picking and packaging stock for customer orders, ensuring suitability for transport. Carrying out stock checks and assisting with stock queries. Loading and unloading shipments for dispatch. Supporting booking in deliveries and unloading goods. Checking, labelling, and repackaging products for storage. Entering stock accurately into the system and maintaining a tidy, safe working environment. Providing occasional support to the delivery driver when required. About You: Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or pick & pack is desirable. Forklift licence (reach and/or counterbalance) is an advantage - training provided if needed. Strong numeracy, literacy, and data entry skills. A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Full UK driving licence desirable. Package & Benefits: 26,350 basic salary per annum. Profit share scheme after probation. 20 days holiday (increasing with service) + birthday day off + holiday purchase scheme.
