This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage both Mechanical and Electrical project teams and is comfortable working as both a Principal Contractor and a Subcontractor . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical and electrical teams across medium to large-scale construction projects (values ranging from £5 million to £25 million ). Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E works on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and main contractors, representing the business in a professional and competent manner. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all project elements. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and quality standards. Key Requirements: Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry . Strong mechanical background , with the ability to oversee both mechanical and electrical disciplines. Experience delivering projects as both a Main Contractor and a Subcontractor . Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients and project teams on behalf of a Main Contractor . Experience with medium to large-scale projects (from £5M to £25M ). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Trade cover recruitment is on the lookout for several experienced Bricklayers for a large residential build for 10 weeks plus. Must hold atleast 5 years bricklaying experience. Work must be consistant and tidy finish. CSCS card is essential. Working hours 8am -4pm ( 8 hours paid )
