Classroom & Resource Management: Design and maintain an engaging classroom environment, including purposeful displays, learning zones, and 1:1 spaces. Manage a delegated classroom budget effectively, ensuring appropriate learning resources and equipment are available for teaching and SEND support. Supporting Families & the Wider Community: Foster strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed on pupil progress, behaviour, and wellbeing. Coordinate and deliver welcoming events for current and prospective families to engage with the school community. Provide guidance to families on accessing educational and external support services. Collaborate with external agencies such as Social Care, CAMHS, NHS services, Educational Psychologists, and others as needed. Professional Development & Whole-School Contribution: Actively participate in the school's performance management, CPD, and supervision processes. Take responsibility for your own continuous professional development. Engage in regular reflective practice and share insights to drive improvement across the school.
