You will be eligible to advance to Cabin Service Manager by learning how to train your crew on the aircraft and providing them with job-related feedback, and you will strengthen your abilities. To help you with this, you will receive excellent leadership training. You will be working to a roster pattern that may include early starts and late finishes. If you hold a valid UK or EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA), the CCA must have been issued within the last five years, or if issued more than five years ago, you must have flown on at least one aircraft type.
