Senior Wok Chef Rosa's Thai Cafe, a growing restaurant group with over 46 locations nationwide, is seeking a Senior Wok Chef to join our team as the Number 2 to our Head Chef. We are looking for a kind-hearted, hardworking food lover with strong experience in Asian cuisine and proficiency in wok cooking. Ideally, candidates will have at least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining setting. The Senior Wok Chef will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of our authentic Thai dishes. You will be: Working on the wok station making noodle, stir fry and curry dishes Preparing and cooking authentic Thai food food for both eat in and takeaway orders

Line Chef - Rosa's Baker Street, London LINE CHEF We've come a long way since our founders Saiphin and Alex opened their first restaurant, but we till have the same goal; to be the best Thai restaurant group on the face of the earth. They couldn't afford new signing at their new restaurant in 2006 (formerly an East End workers Caffe), so retained the name over the door. "Rosa's Cafe" was re-born. Fast forward to present day, and there are now over 30 Rosa's Thai Cafe's around the country; same goals, same values, same great tasting authentic Thai food. We are looking for a kind hearted, hard working, food lover to join our team as a Line Chef. You will be preparing and serving delicious Thai food and running the grill and fryer section of the kitchen - experience preferred but we can also train the right candidate. Attitude and a love of food is what we look for!
