The Food and Beverage Supervisor role Your area will need to be run effectively at all times ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service with subtle selling techniques. All staff within the team will need to be kept up to date with the functions/business of the day, menus, and have comprehensive product knowledge to department standards - this will be your responsibility, as will driving and motivating the members of your team. The Food and Beverage Supervisor role involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, and will be contracted to a Full time contract, 45 hours per week.
