This role is a consultative sales position focused on building strong relationships with prospective clients and demonstrating the value of compliance solutions. You will be responsible for meeting with clients and providing sales presentations and product demonstrations, working alongside the sales team to book appointments and manage your pipeline. The successful candidate will have strong organisation, time management and a previous track record of achieving sales targets and delivering presentations. Responsibilities & day to day duties As a New Business Consultant, you will be responsible for: New business presentations and demonstrations to new customers Pipeline management of prospect clients, ensuring follow ups and meetings as required Prospect and lead generation when required Produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Management pipeline using CRM and keep up to date Skills & experience required. Experience in a Business Development or New Business role Excellent telephone and face-to-face presentation skills. Proven track record in achieving targets. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work on your own initiative. Good team player within an established and successful team. The role is remote, and you will be required to cover the North of England Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Drive sales growth by increasing warranties policies volumes and dealer accounts in line with agreed targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a strategic target log. Manage new leads end-to-end, ensuring timely responses and smooth onboarding of dealers. Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM systems, reporting on KPIs and sales performance. Conduct regular dealer reviews, implement improvement plans, and provide training where necessary. Ensure compliance with AA brand guidelines and oversee proper use of digital assets. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service during 12-week onboarding process. Skills & experience required. Proven experience in new business acquisitions and relationship building. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in CRM usage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Full driving licence. Benefits Salary of up to £38,000 + uncapped commission structure £7000 car allowance 25 days holiday.
