Essential Duties: Manage and resolve employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Lead proactive absence management processes and support successful return to work plans for short and long term leave. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Human Resources (preferred). CIPD qualification. Proven and progressive experience gained in HR or other equivalent roles with transferrable skills. Skilled at navigating and influencing through a matrixed organization.
