The role requires an experienced NHS estates and facilities professional who has worked in range of NHS organisations ideally including an ambulance trust. Key Deliverables - Working with the Estates Project Manager lead the updating, modernising, gathering data about Client sites to populate Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. - Scope and define what reports need to be generated from CAFM system and if possible within contract term and working with the Estates Project Manager design and introduce them - Manage the transition of data and supporting information from excel spreadsheets to databases Candidates must have strong knowledge about and experience of using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. Good IT skills and experience of IT systems that are relevant to Estates and Facilities Management are essential The successful candidate will have demonstrable technical experience in the Estates environment. They will have experience of rolling out systems, overseeing technical managers, undertaking site audits and most importantly leading Estate and Facilities teams Owning a car and being able to use it on a daily basis is an essential requirement for this role because the Client organisation has multiple sites.

Essentially we re looking for an experienced consultant who understands public sector estates planning within health or life sciences. This Senior Project Manager role is a new investment role, and is likely to suit a candidate who has demonstrable Project Managements experience coupled with Architecture, Masterplanning, or Estates development. Please note this is a hybrid working role and you can expect to be onsite 3-4 days per week as required by the needs of the project. The Governance and Risk Manager will work directly with the Director of People and Workforce, assisting in advice to the Chair, Chief Executive and all other Directors and Partners of the Board to ensure that effective and compliant integrated corporate governance and risk management arrangements are in place and that the Board and its committees are supported and operate effectively and efficiently. The post requires good technical and operational knowledge and the sensitivity and judgement to apply this wisely. NHS experience is essential The Governance and Risk Manager will: Report to the Director of Workforce and People and assist in support to the Chair, Chief Executive and the Board in the achievement of the ICBs strategic aims. Support the Director of Workforce and People in the establishment of arrangements for sound corporate governance and risk management, including the ICBs governance rationale and associated governance and risk management frameworks and provisions to ensure compliance with the Establishment Order, ICB Constitution, Standing Orders and other terms of reference. Have responsibility for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the ICBs decision making and reporting machinery, and for the formal administration of its affairs. To be a resource for the Board on matters of corporate governance and risk, particularly where challenging issues require resolution.
