Barista Immediate Start Darlington About the Role This is a hands-on customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, positive environment and has a genuine passion for wellness. You ll be making coffees, smoothies, and organic juices, welcoming customers, keeping the space clean and beautiful, and contributing to a high-quality, uplifting customer experience. What You ll Do Prepare and serve barista-style coffee, matcha, teas, and juices to a high standard Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift Work collaboratively with the team to keep the space running smoothly Represent the brand and values What We re Looking For Barista experience (coffee skills essential, matcha experience a bonus!)
