Job Description As the Regional Slots Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of delivering the Grosvenor slots strategy (GSS) and providing essential support to General Managers in maintaining an efficient slots operation. Your primary focus will be on driving slots revenue performance across a region and managing slot KPIs to achieve the required commercial targets. This role is a regional role covering our venues across Scotland & the North of England. You'll be required you to travel 2-3 days a week to our venues. Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day "Always on" slots operations, including supplier relationships, to meet required SLAs and commercial targets Conduct regular Business Review Meetings and ensure follow-up actions are delivered with expected results Maintain brand standards, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming procedures Deliver and optimise promotional campaigns, ensuring venue participation and suggesting improvements while regularly attending the promotional meetings Stay informed about the Slots industry across all sectors (Casino, LBO, Bingo, AGC, Online) and recommend revenue-enhancing changes Support clubs with Slots counts, collections, and discrepancy investigations Recommend layout / venue changes that would enhance the revenue from Slots Develop supplier relationships and maximise opportunities for product development in collaboration with the E Gaming Team Product and Supplier management Ensure Supplier SLAs are maintained and developed as needs change Work with the wider E Gaming Team to develop supplier relationships and maximise opportunities for product development Maximise revenue by ensuring the Machines / Terminals are situated in the prime positions, in relation to the Grosvenor Slots Strategy, ensuring this is regularly reviewed Continue to develop and support Grosvenor's commitments to its Responsible Gaming procedures Qualifications Casino slots operations industry background Proven track record of positively influencing performance of venues and third party suppliers Performance driven & commercial mindset Good communicator and ability to influence Collaborative style and approach to work Effective team management skills Good time management and prioritisation skills Additional Information Why Join Us?
