Regional Operations Manager Children s Residential Services Salary: £70,000 £80,000 + performance bonuses Location: Leicester, Flexible across the region (covering up to 5 homes) Service Type: EBD & LD Children s Homes Provider: Small, high-quality independent group Are you an experienced multi-site Manager ready to shape and grow services for children and young people? Do you have the passion and expertise to lead teams delivering safe, nurturing, and outcome-focused care? We re working exclusively with a well-established independent care provider seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee up to five Children s Residential Homes supporting young people with EBD and Learning Disabilities.
