Liaising with suppliers to track deliveries and ensure timelines are met in line with critical path requirements. Assisting with weekly trade preparation, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve stock efficiency. Managing category WSSI's, ensuring stock, markdown and future commitments are accurately reflected and aligned to targets. Taking ownership of stock management activities including markdown set up, intake reviews and forecasting to optimise stock levels. Producing regular sales, intake and stock forecasts, as well as managing reporting tools such as IAQ, attribute analysis and system alignment. Supporting people development by coaching and guiding Trainee Merchandisers, while building strong cross-functional relationships across Buying, Merchandising and wider teams.
