About the Role: Remitly is looking for a growth marketer to join the EMEA & APAC growth team, supporting the management of our programs. You will support the execution of the growth strategy, own campaigns end-to-end, and ensure programs are delivering in line with KPIs and business objectives. You will work with diverse teams including growth marketing teams, agency partners, publishers, business management, analytics, and creative, ensuring a seamless and aligned approach to drive growth. You will be based in our London office in a hybrid role, with 50% of your time spent in the office with the team. You will report to the Growth Marketing Lead for EMEA & APAC. You Will: Work across the EMEA & APAC Search, Social and App programmes, working on execution and management of campaigns as well as partnering with our agency to ensure they are operating in-line with expectations. Own end-to-end creation and implementation of campaigns, including media plan creation, campaign set up, reporting and optimisations. Optimise spend in line with our acquisition targets; balance budgets across geographies, platforms and tactics. Own creative briefing, reporting and performance feedback. Take a data-driven approach to evolve our creative strategy in collaboration with creative teams. Gather and analyse data for regular reporting. Summarise data from several sources into concise, applicable insights providing visibility for key partners. Desire to work hands-on in a performance-based environment, while also working and providing strategic direction across multiple technical and creative teams. You Have: 3+ years hands-on experience in growth marketing with a strong track record in implementing full-funnel in programs. Expert in media buying on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok with extensive hands-on experience managing paid media. Experience owning and growing paid media programs from the ground up - including strategy, execution, platform event set up, budget setting Experience executing large-scale marketing campaigns and testing roadmaps. Technical knowledge and experience with event set up and management, UTM tracking, multi-touch attribution, and 1st party data strategies. Experience working on complicated programs that span multiple geographies and languages. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting, with a desire to understand the customer. Experience partnering with creative teams, marketing, product, and technology teams to build and use tools to ensure marketing at scale.
