You'll be based at our London West End office. Our policy requires working from the office three days a week, but please be aware that for this role you're required to be 5 days a week at the office. What you'll do Support your disposals colleagues in their strategies to analyze and dispose of properties throughout the portfolio. You'll liaise with asset managers across our European markets to analyze opportunities and prepare assets for sale, ensuring that execution goes according to plan. Engage with the agency and investment community throughout the U.K. and Europe in the sales process to manage disposals. Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from across the company and Blackstone to bring transactions to conclusion. Perform comprehensive and in-depth real estate and market analysis, honing your transactional and portfolio management skills. Conduct research and prepare analytics, presentations and documents. What you'll bring 3-4 years' relevant employment (preferably European) and a genuine interest in real estate. Fluent in English with professional communication skills both written and verbal. Other European languages are a plus. A hands-on approach and drive to get things done. You can demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results. An understanding of good information management principles. You understand the importance of a single source of truth, data ownership, and consistency. Your passion for teamwork, organizational skills, and a desire to learn on the job. Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills. Your great team energy.
