Person specification Qualifications Qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) Knowledge & Experience Senior level leadership experience in a complex, regulated organisation. Significant experience leading financial strategy and planning, with a strong track record of delivering financial sustainability and transformation. Experience of working in complex multi stakeholder environments and partnerships. Proven experience of governance, risk management and assurance operating at a senior level within an organisation. Experience supporting organisational growth, service transformation or business development. Demonstrable experience of leading and developing high performing finance teams.
