This MGA focus on Leisure risks, with the main areas of focus currently being Holiday Parks and residential parks and have recently extended this into individuals who own lodges and caravans on these types of parks, having developed a scheme for this. You will be responsible for managing a team who underwrite Property, EL, PL and BI lines of business on their schemes working under a DA, with premiums around the £20k-£250k mark. This will include handling staff appraisals, workflow management, return to works, team audits and other systems based work. As above, you will need to have experience within commercial underwriting dealing within Property, Liabilities and BI and they will consider those from an MGA, Underwriting Agency or Composite environment as well as needing some management experience too. You will ideally also hold the Cert CII or Dip CII, though this is not essential to be considered if you have the experience they need.
