We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our dedicated team and oversee quality assurance across two well-established nursing homes. About the Role: As the Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Manager by overseeing the quality and compliance aspects of two nursing homes within our Yorkshire patch. Your mission will be to ensure that the highest standards of care, safety, and governance are maintained, in line with CQC regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the implementation of the Quality Strategy across two nursing homes; Conduct regular audits, quality reviews, and compliance checks; Monitor action plans and ensure timely resolution of any issues; Work closely with Home Managers and staff to drive continuous improvement; Support services in preparation for inspections and regulatory visits; Analyse data and trends to identify areas for development; Share best practices and provide coaching on quality and compliance matters; Assist in incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are implemented. About You: Proven experience in a quality, compliance, or governance role within adult social care or healthcare; We will consider a Registered Manager who has managed successfully a nursing home; Sound knowledge of CQC standards and the regulatory framework; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; Able to work independently and across multiple locations; Nursing or clinical background (desirable but not essential).
