Provide education and resources to patients and families regarding treatment options and health management strategies. Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy and understanding. Proficiency in office software applications for documentation and communication purposes. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while advocating for patient needs. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges that may arise in patient care. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
