Duties Assist conveyancers with the preparation and processing of legal documents related to property transactions. Maintain accurate records and files for all cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress. Conduct research as needed to support conveyancing processes, including title checks and property searches. Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses. Organise meetings and appointments for the conveyancing team, coordinating schedules effectively. Provide general administrative support as required, including data entry and document management. Experience The successful candidate should possess: Previous experience in a legal administration or conveyancing position is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information accurately. Proficiency in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). This is a full-time (Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm) office-based permanent position offering a starting salary of 24,000 per annum.
