Safety is our top priority, so this position demands excellent attention to detail, alongside a warm and engaging approach to customer service. You'll also lead and support poolside activities, helping create unforgettable moments for our guests. Key Responsibilities We're looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people. As a Team Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work as a lifeguard the rest of your contracted hours. No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification that's brilliant, however if you can pass the Butlins swim test we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding. Swim Test Requirement: If selected, you'll be invited to complete a Butlin's swim test, which includes: Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds Treading water Surface diving Climbing out of the pool unaided About Butlin's At Butlin's, we're all about fun, excitement, and adventure by the bucketload!
