HVAC Service Engineer Permanent Full time Salary - 16- 18.50 per hour - 37,500k - 45k per annum + OT Based in Sheffield / Manchester A well-established, growing company operating nationwide - an opportunity for internal promotion for the right candidate. We are looking for a highly experienced service engineer who has a vast knowledge of maintenance and reactive fault finding, working on refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, such as freezers, chillers, VRF/VRV and split systems for our blue-chip commercial clients such as NHS, Universities, hospitality, restaurant outlets, hotels, commercial offices, and leisure. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Engineer Position Requirements Competent in Leading a team Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. Experience in commercial installations (Splits, VRF Systems, Heat Pumps, AHUs etc.) Commissioning VRF, VRV and Split systems (preferable) Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance on HVAC equipment for our clients NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration / Air Conditioning (preferable) Required Qualifications / Experience: FGAS or Equivalent IPAF & PASMA Tickets (Desirable) Full Driver's Licence Valid CSCS card The Ideal Candidate A highly experienced Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer, with a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration & Air conditioning, you will need to be F-Gas/EN 378 compliant A high level of interpersonal skills -good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports. High quality workmanship and pride in work is a MUST. You will be confident in your own ability You will be flexible to assist with call-out rota, and if required out of normal working hours service. You will be flexible and open to work on all types of mechanical systems where required.
