This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing processes, working with data, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is a Monday to Friday role. The hours are 08.30am to 16.00pm. The rate of pay is 13.08ph. Key Duties Order Processing Accurately input and manage customer orders across internal systems Monitor orders from initial receipt through to delivery Identify and resolve any issues or delays Ensure all order details (pricing, quantities, delivery information) are correct Customer Service Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products Investigate and resolve discrepancies Provide timely, clear, and professional updates Reporting & Analysis Generate ad-hoc reports for internal teams and customers Track and support customer service KPIs Assist with data gathering for operational decisions Data & Systems Management Maintain accurate customer and product master data Implement pricing updates across systems Support improvements to processes and data accuracy Team Collaboration Work closely with internal departments to meet service targets Contribute to a collaborative and efficient working environment Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload Experience with ERP or order management systems is advantageous Due to the high level of applications please only apply with your CV only and we will be in contact if you have been shortlisted for the position. Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting 7.5t home delivery drivers for a well known client of ours, based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a multi-national organization, with the potential for growth and opportunities. This role involves working with a Drivers Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering are TV's, flat pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods etc. Due to the weight of the products you are delivering you MUST be physically fit. The company offer the customer a 'room of choice' delivery, you will be fully trained on how to do this. Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code/tacho exam. This will then be followed the next day with a subsequent induction day. The client operate seven days a week, you will receive a weekly rota of 5-6 shifts a week. WEEKEND WORK IS INVOLVED AND WILL BE EXPECTED OF YOU! Please only apply if you can work weekends, as well as weekdays. Shift timings are 06.00 start, shifts last roughly 8-11 hours. Pay rate - £19.41 per hour. There is an overtime rate of £22.95 per hour (applicable after 48 hours in the working week). After 12 weeks, you can be offered a contract directly with the company. Immediate starts available This is for our prestigious client that specialises in the distribution of wholesale cleaning products. Duties will include: General warehouse work Loading and unloading vehicles ready to go out the next day Picking and packing items Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed You must be well presented, own black or navy work trousers and t-shirt, a high vis vest and safety boots. You will be representing the company, so excellent customer service skills are also of high importance. You will need to be physically fit as the role requires a some lifting. You must have a national insurance number. You must be able to speak fluent English and be able to read and write to a good standard. The job is Monday to Friday with set working hours of 10.00-19.00 every day. The pay rate is 12.57.
