Environmental, Health & Safety (QHSE) Manager Location: Gloucester, UK Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent We re looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a safe, compliant, and environmentally conscious workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role where you ll drive continuous improvement across quality, health, safety, and environmental performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You ll Do: Lead and maintain systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations. Identify and control workplace risks, ensuring the highest standards of safety for employees and visitors. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions. Promote a strong safety and quality culture through effective communication and team engagement. Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership to maintain compliance and continuous improvement. What We re Looking For: Proven HSE management experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) essential. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Skilled in audits, root-cause analysis, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
