Social Worker MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) Location: Bromley Organisation: London Borough of Bromley Salary: £38,000 £46,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the MASH team in Bromley. You will be part of a fast-paced, multi-agency environment at the frontline of safeguarding, responsible for screening and analysing referrals to ensure children and families receive the right level of support at the right time. You will work closely with partner agencies including police, health, education, and early help services to make timely and informed safeguarding decisions. Main Priorities Work within a multi-agency youth justice team to reduce offending behaviour and support young people s rehabilitation and social inclusion. Build strong relationships with young people, families, victims, and professionals to ensure effective communication. Manage and respond to risks to young people and others, following agreed plans.
