Full Time site based in N1 & N12 Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Company Van provided Must have own tools for this role We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to work across two busy hotel sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that both properties are maintained to a high standard and operating efficiently for guests and staff. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone with broad maintenance experience and a proactive attitude. Duties will include: Carry out routine and emergency repairs across both hotel sites Respond promptly to reported issues including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating tasks Perform regular building checks Liaise with hotel management and external contractors when needed Maintain a clear log of all maintenance tasks completed or pending Assist with room turnarounds, minor refurbishments and maintenance schedules
