Job Role: Electrician - Social Housing Location: East London (Mobile) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Basic) Spencer & James are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Electrician to join a multi disciplinary main contractor within their property services team. If you have a proven track record in social housing maintenance and are looking for stability with career progression, this role is for you! Your Role: As an Electrician, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and installation services across social housing stock in East London. Work assignments will be sent via a PDA device, and you ll keep track of jobs and materials with daily work sheets. This is a mobile role, so a full UK driver s license is essential. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Conduct electrical repairs, renewals, and installations in void and occupied properties. Maintain high-quality work standards while adhering to schedules. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. What You ll Need to Succeed: Full UK Driver s License NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification. 18th Edition certification. 2931 Testing and Inspection or equivalent (ideal but not mandatory).
