Senior Electrical Building Services Design Engineer Matlock 55,000 to 65,000 plus package and flexible working OR855 We are currently searching for an experienced Electrical Building Service Engineer to join a multi disciplined consultancy who specialise within the commercial, education and health sectors. The role is varied with a strong client facing presence and a clear path to principle level under the guidance of a well respected Associate Director. The Senior Design Engineer will be an essential part of a highly skilled team responsible for designing and constructing a variety of projects. You will lead a team of design engineers and provide support to Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. ROLE: Assist with formulating the scope of works and developing the design philosophy Work collaboratively with other members of the design team to ensure the timely delivery of information, checking the work of other members of staff and providing assistance to their continued learning and development Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary design environment such that designs consider the impact across all relevant disciplines Undertake calculations by hand using design software such as MEPWorx, ElecOM, Relux, Dialux. Experience preferred but training can be provided Produce detailed design drawings and schematic drawings suitable for construction using CAD Software e.g. AutoCAD, Revit Produce written reports and specifications for works under the supervision of a senior member of the team Undertake site visits and site surveys CANDIDATE: Knowledge of the current standards expected for the principal building services systems used in the industry Awareness of, and willingness to develop a working knowledge of 3D Modelling and Building Information Modelling using Revit Ability to work effectively within a design team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of current markets conditions Ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met A proven commitment to continued professional development Qualifications Minimum requirement of a HNC or relevant degree level. HGV Class 2 Jet-Vac / Vacuum Tanker Driver Rayleigh, Essex 32,000 to 40,000 plus package and overtime OR661 Due to continued our clients business expansion, we are recruiting HGV Class 2 Jet-Vac / Vacuum Tanker drivers for various commercial contracts and private customers based from the companies Essex Depot. The role will involve undertaking planned and reactive vacuum tanker driving operations, gully cleaning, jetting, transporting liquid waste to required destination site. CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will hold a HGV Class 2 licence. Previous experience with jetting and vacuum tankers is essential. You need to be flexible as the role requires early starts and you must be prepared to go on an out of hours call out rota. An up to date CSCS card and a high pressure water jetting certificate is desirable but not essential. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in the drainage and wet waste industry, the position comes with full training and excellent opportunities for progression.

Jetting and HGV Tanker Driver Essex 37,000 to 44,500 DOE plus overtime and package OR782 Our client is a well established contractor working within the drainage and water sectors. Due to a number of long term contract wins, they are looking for experienced jetting and tanker drivers and operatives. The standard working week is 50hours plus overtime paid an time and a half. You will be expected to be on call for 1 week in 4 and will be paid extra for this regardless if you are called out or not. You will be working in two man crews with a drivers mate.
