The Role As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for customers Maintain regular communication with customers and external contractors to keep projects on track. Coordinate customer orders, working closely with subcontractors, in-house production, and installation teams. Support Project Managers to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and profitably. Process completed orders through the ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Maintain detailed activity logs, providing clear project updates for senior management. Review ongoing client services to ensure operational capability and customer satisfaction. Monitor ERP reports and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. Ensure all work complies with company operational procedures, including Health & Safety and ERP system requirements. Collaborate with fellow Project Coordinators to share knowledge and support project delivery. Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Build positive working relationships across all departments to ensure seamless project execution. Carry out any additional duties as required by management. Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, retail projects, construction, manufacturing, or a similar coordination role would be advantageous, although attitude and the willingness to learn are equally important.
