Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulatory requirements. Conduct and oversee risk assessments, audits and workplace inspections. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing effective corrective actions. Monitor, analyse and report HSE performance metrics to senior leadership. Chair HSE committee meetings and drive improvement actions to completion. Manage permit-to-work systems and contractor safety processes. Support sustainability, waste reduction and environmental improvement initiatives. Deliver training, toolbox talks and engagement activities to strengthen safety awareness and culture. About You Proven experience in a Health, Safety and Environmental management role within manufacturing, foundry, engineering or a similar industrial environment. A confident leader with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels. Strong investigation, problem-solving and audit skills.
