It would be desirable if you had Level 3 Award in Group Exercise Programmes. Candidates with proven experience delivering HIIT, bootcamp, functional fitness, or studio cycling classes will be highly regarded, particularly those who can demonstrate the ability to programme varied, progressive and engaging sessions that cater to a wide range of member abilities.
