Additional Information Contract: Interim (6 months) Location: Edinburgh, Cardiff, or Belfast (2 days per week onsite) Umbrella rate 373.26 Per Day- Inside IR35 Overview An experienced senior leader is required for an interim Head of Compliance and Transparency position. This role is central to maintaining the integrity, transparency, and accountability of political finance and electoral regulation across the UK. The postholder will lead key regulatory functions, provide senior leadership within the organisation, and ensure robust compliance with statutory requirements in a high-profile and politically sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the strategic and operational delivery of core regulatory functions, including: Registration of political parties and campaigners Maintenance of statutory registers Receipt, processing, and publication of financial returns Assessment of financial returns to ensure compliance with statutory requirements Make evidence-based, risk-informed regulatory decisions within delegated authority frameworks Oversee Quality Management Systems and ensure high standards of data integrity, governance, and information management Contribute to directorate leadership and wider regulatory strategy development Support and, where appropriate, deputise for other Heads of Service Participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to organisational priorities Build and maintain effective relationships with political parties, campaigners, governments across the UK, regulators, and other stakeholders Represent the organisation externally at senior level engagements Lead, manage, and develop the Registration, Compliance and Transparency Team Set clear objectives, drive performance, and support continuous professional development Candidate Requirements Senior-level experience in compliance, regulation, governance, or transparency roles Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk-based decision making Experience working in complex, high-profile, or politically sensitive environments Proven leadership of teams and delivery of organisational outcomes Strong stakeholder management experience at senior level Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy, and regulatory requirements High levels of integrity, judgement, and accountability

Contract: 10 Months Location: Exeter (Hybrid 3 days per week onsite) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Pay Rate: £563.42 per day (Umbrella) Security Clearance: SC Clearance (active preferred) Overview We are seeking an experienced Cloud Digital Product Manager to support the delivery and ongoing management of cloud-based digital products within a high-profile digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and optimising cloud services in a complex, regulated environment, working closely with commercial teams, technical specialists, and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities Lead the definition, development, and lifecycle management of cloud-based digital products Translate business requirements into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables Work closely with commercial and procurement teams to support sourcing and supplier management Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors Ensure products align with security, compliance, and government standards Support delivery of digital transformation initiatives across cloud platforms Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital and/or cloud product management Strong background in commercial and procurement environments (essential) Experience working within public sector or regulated environments Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers and procurement lifecycle activities Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience delivering cloud-based digital products SC Clearance (active preferred) Desirable Skills Experience working with central government organisations Familiarity with cloud platforms and digital transformation programmes Understanding of Agile delivery environments Additional Requirements Ability to commute to Exeter 3 days per week (mandatory) Candidates should ideally be based in the South West or within commutable distance (e.g. Bristol) London-based candidates are unlikely to be suitable due to travel requirements No flexibility on rate

Senior Infrastructure Engineer NetDevOps Contract: Until 31/03/2027 Rate: Up to £650/day (Inside IR35, Umbrella) Location: Newcastle (preferred), Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Blackpool Peel Park Hybrid: 60% on-site (3 days) Clearance: Active SC required Interview: Single stage (MS Teams) Overview We re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (NetDevOps) to design and deliver large-scale enterprise network infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, automating, and improving modern network platforms not operations or pure SRE work. You ll work closely with Architecture, Cloud, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver enterprise network infrastructure (on-prem, hybrid, cloud) Build secure network traffic flows and high-availability services Implement hybrid connectivity across Azure, AWS, or OCI Manage Palo Alto firewall policies in line with Zero Trust principles Work with routing, segmentation, VXLAN/EVPN, and load balancing (F5) Develop network automation using Python, Ansible, and IaC (Terraform) Use Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab) for automation and delivery Collaborate with architecture and platform teams on solution design Essential Skills Strong enterprise networking (BGP, OSPF, complex routing environments) Hands-on Palo Alto firewall experience VXLAN/EVPN, VRF segmentation, multi-site networks Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure/AWS/OCI) Network automation (Python, Ansible, IaC) CI/CD and Git-based workflow Experience Required Senior-level Network / Infrastructure Engineer background Proven delivery of engineered solutions (not just operations/support) Experience in large-scale or regulated environments Active SC Clearance Nice to Have SD-WAN Aruba ClearPass / Central F5 BIG-IP Experience modernising legacy networks Note Not suitable for candidates focused purely on operations, incident management, or SRE-only roles.
