Currently they are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy workshop. You will be required to work flexible hours. Key Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage and provide repair estimates. Remove, repair, or replace damaged body panels, frames, and components. Straighten and align body or chassis frames using specialist equipment. Cut, weld, and shape metal panels to factory specifications. Fill, sand, and smooth repaired surfaces to prepare for painting. Fit and align new body parts, including doors, bumpers, fenders, and panels. Use body repair tools and machinery (e.g., hydraulic jacks, welders, grinders). Ensure repaired vehicles meet safety and quality standards. Collaborate with painters, mechanics, and estimators. Maintain accurate repair records and follow workplace safety procedures. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Panel Beater or automotive body repairer. Strong knowledge of vehicle body structures and repair techniques. Skilled in welding, metalwork, panel fabrication, and frame straightening. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams. Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. Physical strength and stamina; ability to work with heavy tools and materials. Trade qualification or certification in Automotive Body Repair (preferred).
